So it’s been a year or so since I even checked my site and probably just as long since I checked my email. The whole experience of InDigital ending and parting ways with Revision3 left a sour taste in my mouth for the world of entertainment. I decided to stay below the radar for a while and figure out what I wanted to do long term. While I continue to work in the industry, I left my hosting and production duties behind.

In late 2007, I decided a career change was in order, so I studied for the LSAT, applied to a bunch of schools and started packing to move to wherever I got accepted. That was in mid-2009. But when my employer enticed me with a nice title and salary bump to postpone for one year, I couldn’t resist.

Today, just over a month before classes begin, I’m having second thoughts about this whole law school thing. Things have changed. Earlier this year, I married the girl I met around the time I finished my last episode of InDigital. So married, several years older, living comfortably, and a long list of things I want to do right now, the whole law school thing lies in limbo. Is a $180,000 investment in education worth it?
